Component Assembly
One of the unique selling points of Leengate Engineering is that we have the expertise needed in order to deliver full-service, end to end sheet metal forming and assembly services. This means that a client can come to us with just an initial sketch of an idea, and we can work with them to turn that initial idea into a completed and fully assembled component.
The reason why we’re able to offer a comprehensive service of this kind is that we have a team of expert engineers with the widest possible range of skills in aluminium and stainless steel assembly. From designers working with the latest 3D CAD software to welders with decades of experience under their belt, every member of our team is an expert in their own right, and works with the confidence which comes from knowing that everyone else working on a particular project has the same levels of expertise in sheet metal forming.
The fact that we deliver everything in-house means that we can be certain that every single person working on a job adheres to the same strict levels of quality control. This applies to services such as painting, press braking and punching, and it also applies when all of the services have been applied and the time comes to assemble the finished item.
When we assemble a component for a client in a sector such as aviation and rail, for example, we’re aware of the fact that the successful operation of that component could literally be a matter of life and death. At the same time, we know that our clients expect a certain level of aesthetic appeal as far as many of the items we manufacture are concerned, and our sheet metal assembly processes take account of these considerations, as well as the need to deliver to deadline.
Every stage of the production will have been delivered in a way that maximises the efficiency of sheet metal forming and assembly, and we’ll have the finished item boxed or wrapped and on its way to the client on time and within budget.
